All service agreements are established with a defined term to ensure program consistency and resident experience quality. Early termination by the property results in responsibility for the full contract value, as staffing and scheduling commitments are allocated in advance.
All new personal training clients begin with the 2-Session Introductory Experience. This commitment ensures your program is safely engineered for your body type and establishes a clear path toward long-term results.
Session pricing, frequency, and program structure are confirmed at booking or during your introductory assessment. Continued training is subject to the scheduling and cancellation policy outlined below.
To protect the integrity of the training schedule and ensure absolute dedication to your results, Body Finesse operates under a strict scheduling policy.
Community wellness programs may begin with a 60–90 day pilot to evaluate service quality, resident engagement, and operational alignment before transitioning into a full-term agreement.
Amenity investment packages are billed monthly according to the selected frequency and scope. Program delivery, instructor allocation, and resident scheduling are committed in advance for the contract term.
Body Finesse is a fully certified and insured mobile fitness provider serving private clients, luxury residences, and senior living communities across the Dallas area.
